Catalina Spring Break

Come hang out with InterVarsity for a whole week during spring break (Sun -Fri). We will study the gospel of Mark while we ask the question “What does it mean to follow Jesus fully?” Our camp is beautiful, right on the water, and there is so much fun to be had (snorkeling, kayaking, hiking, BBAL.) REGISTER HERE

Here’s what’s going on this week!

This week, IV and Greek IV both kick off a series on the always relevant subject of sex! This is a great opportunity to come get some questions answered regarding this subject…

Fuel at the Back Door 5pm Thursday

(below Starbucks in Aztec Center).  we will start our sex series by discussing the question “Is God against sex and pleasure?” If you think that you might have some misconceptions about God and sex, or you don’t know what the Bible says about it,  this is a great place to start asking questions to find out what God’s really about when it comes to this subject!

Greek IV

Greek IV meets at Kappa Delta, Wednesdays at 8:30 pm.  Judgment is left at the door, many houses are represented, and Greek IV is a safe place to explore faith and ask questions.  Greek IV is also going to talk over the question “Is God against sex and pleasure?”

Want to go to Catalina for Spring Break?

This week is an incredible opportunity to spend your spring break with college students from all over Southern California to study the gospel of Mark and learn about what it means to follow Jesus fully.  Spend your free time hiking, snorkeling, kayaking, playing volleyball… but we can only bring 30 SDSU students, and spots are filling up quickly.  We have scholarships, so don’t let money be an issue!!

Senior Saturday: March 20th

Graduating seniors, you are invited to come hang out with Sarah Carter and Joon Han for guidance on transitioning out of college into the next stage of your life.  Plan to come on Saturday 3/20 for brunch and good times. The seniors who were a part of the first Senior Saturday last week unanimously agreed that this is an awesome way to dive into what it means to live for God after college.  For questions/details, email Sarah Carter sarahandbilly@gmail.com.

As always… Get connected

InterVarsity has small groups in the dorms, for upperclassmen, for international students and more!  Visit the Get Connected page on our website for more details http://sdsuintervarsity.org/get-connected/.
